Performed design reviews, assisted in bootup of first prototype units and supported technical Q&A database.  Provided technical support throughout the design/test phases and into production.  Wrote and reviewed technical collateral’s, generated software utilities and published the processor customer newsletter.  Proposed and implemented a geography technical support model, the "Tech Hour".  Co-conceived and implemented the Intel MOW - Message of the Week.  Participated in the Deschutes processor product definition.  Participated in the Clock Task Force, Power Work Group, Shock and Vibration Task Force, Deschutes Spec Forum and Electronic Distribution Task Force.  Provided MD6 technical liaison support to the Platform Components Division.
